Pixels and Possibilities

Hi there! 🚀 My first week of studying IT has been filled with excitement and knowledge. The IT community embraced me right away, and I have to admit, I'm already addicted!

The first class was a fascinating overview of the module CST1160 that laid the groundwork for an amazing semester. Our first step into the digital world was learning how to edit media, which includes images, movies, and audios. Photoshop turned into my newfound playground, and I have to say that it felt absolutely amazing to transform a normal blue eye into a blazing red one. What a burst of originality right from the start!

For me, learning about Photoshop was like entering a whole new planet. I came to understand that I had the ability to change visual components right in front of my eyes. With each click and modification, the options appeared to go on forever, and my excitement only increased.

Beyond the simple joy of transforming pixels into works of art, the course provided understanding of the principles of media manipulation. It was an intensive session on the ever-changing landscape of digital content creation, covering everything from improving photographs to honing audio clips. Yes, my Photoshop skills may be at the "reddening blue eyes" stage right now, but Rome wasn't created in a day, was it? I'm looking forward to each new class's difficulties and successes with great anticipation.
